Ingredients: rice, vermicelli, salt, ghee, and vegetable oil

Kibbeh Nayyeh
Ingredients: fine bulgur, onion, tomato, red pepper paste, tomato paste, parsley, salt, dried pepper, Pomegranate molasses, cumin, and olive oil

Kunafa
Ingredients: Kunafa dough, unsalted mozzarella cheese, ghee, and pistachios.
Cream filling: milk, cream, starch, sugar, and fine semolina.
Syrup: sugar
